I am not a quick learner, unless I'm on the verge of discovering for myself something you try to teach me. Indeed, I flew through Calculus BC in high school, skipping Pre-Calc and Trig, but on the other hand I was trying to do integrals on my own at the beginning of Algebra II, without referring to any pre-existing work on the subject.
