I have this theory that if I had a car from the future that drove itself, with an internet connection and a laptop so I could type livejournal entries as I am driving somewhere (okay, this is a stretched theory, but shut up), I would have literally hundreds of entries in this thing about stuff that pisses me off while driving. I haven't used full-beams in months even when there haven't been any other drivers on the street. Even in rural areas where coyotes have been known to randomly wander onto the roads.

It's called common courtesy, much of which seems to have crawled into a hole and died.

Precisely! At best its annoying; at worst it could cause an accident.
