Yeah, ressick's gif sums it up. Lord you know how to get me emotional. What a gorgeous piece of writing this chapter was. I adore Allegra and Arizona's relationship. I mean, I like Arizona with all the kids, but her bond with Allegra... siiiigh. They just feel like such a family. I love how it's coming together.

That was sweet of you. It's also a sign of your writing skill that you can do that without the story seeming choppy. Too often when authors do that they lose control of the story and it becomes like a choose your own adventure mess. You never make that mistake. I think it's because you take time to think where it reasonably fits.

Nice chapter, I felt the underlying tension with not knowing about what is going to happen to Nick. Honestly I've never been a big fan of the ready made family Arizona inserted herself into with how attached she got so quickly - BUT I do like how they all look out for each other. It makes the story itself so much more easier to read and it is nice to see how easy Arizona and the children interact.

I do hope Nick is going to be Ok. Callie's pretty kick ass so fingers crossed.

I know you've never been a fan of Arizona diving in with Callie's kids, but can I ask what you were expecting to happen? Just curious.

I guess I expected maybe some drama or resistance to the it all. She never wanted children or a family and I get people change especially when they fall in love but I guess I felt like I never saw Arizona as herself - like what she was like before Callie, she was just enthralled with Callie, fell in love and then to me took over Owen's place and for someone who never wanted children to just so readily accept it - it felt off to me - I knew eventually she would come to love the children and be part of their lives so don't get me wrong I'm happy she does but it was more the way it happened. I've always felt like in stories when it comes to Arizona and children she just changes herself too quickly.

I get where you're coming from. Meredith's VO from the If/Then episode talks about things working out the way they're supposed to be, so that's where my reasoning here was coming from. Arizona is supposed to have a family with Callie, so she does, in spite of the differing circumstances here. Sorry if it felt fast or that she was taking something from Owen - neither were my intention, obviously.

Very emotional, hope Callie is able to save Nick like a universe compensation for Tim and Owen loss...but the uncertancy is thick and we will see what is gonna happen...
Loved Arizona with the kids and particularly with Allegra. They are awesome.

This was perfect....so sweet and sad. I love the bonding between Arizona and Allegra, it's so freakin' sweet! That scene with Teddy bringing her a coffee and offering silent support was so reminiscent of their canon friendship. I miss Teddy!!

I used to miss Teddy, but I like April as Arizona's friend now, so I don't need Teddy. I know that's awful, but if they aren't gonna let her be with Owen, and April's filled her spot as Arizona's friend, she's superfluous.
