Another amazing update!!!!! I love this story to pieces. Lol.
Arizona is quite a woman, so loyal. Hopefully Nick pulls through.
Poor Callie...grief is tricky like that. Sneaks up on you and consumes your whole being. You conveyed all that and more.
We really like it, so we want more! Lol.

Aww, well thank you!

We'll see how Nick does next time. :)

You're right, it does. Callie's moment blindsided her, but it was going to happen sooner or later. I'm glad it read well.

Lol, I see that!

Noooooooooooooo! It can't end. It can't! We won't let you end it. We want more than one more chapter. Sequel? Please? I'd promise you my first born for a sequel, but, well, yeah, that's not gonna happen. :) What can we offer to have you continue this? Name your price and we'll see what we can do.

This has been a fantastic ride, just like your LiT series. I've gone back and re-read this one (and your others) multiple times. And I'm sure I will keep being a repeat-reader.

Thanks for writing and sharing your stories.

Haha, well there's an epilogue too! There are ideas jotted down for a sequel, in a pile with ideas for lots of sequels and other fics, so never say never, but for now there's no more written. I really love what I've got so far though, so we'll see how long I can stay away.

Aww, thank you! I'm glad you liked it. I actually haven't reread this one yet but I am really looking forward to doing that! :) I appreciate you sticking with me!

Thank you!

Amazing chapter and super intense, like all the story actually, beautiful and intense. You made me cry a little. Happy you have got Nick having a chance the universe is balancing after taking away Tim and Owen. Loved again the interactions between "our" favorite family. Callie and Arizona in the on call room, Arizona's and the kids, and Arizona's speech about the meaning of their family. PERFECT.

29/30 made me over emotional even more....I would have loved it to be longer and longer and longer...it is a new universe and it is amazing I selfishly don't want it to stop! :-p

Thank you.

Sad chapter, I mean it's great that Nick survived but he's far from out of danger and for Arizona's sake I hope they get a donor in time. I also hope Arizona will be there for him, he's like her brother then that is where she should be. I really hope he doesn't die though!

Glad Carlos seems to have accepted Callie/Arizona's relationship.

Callie crying at the end made sense. It sort of felt like she never really grieved for him. Whatever happened between them she once loved/cared for him. He will always be her children's father despite Arizona being in her life. At the time she seemed to hold it relatively together for the children so with what happened with Nick it made sense here that Owen would be remembered.

We'll see how Nick does next time. :) And whatever happens Arizona will be there.

I thought she deserved a moment for her own grief and it kind of snuck up on her here where she wasn't looking for it to happen. It was on her mind throughout the chapter but she's gotten used to keeping a lid on things for the kids and this time she just couldn't keep it under control.

They are. It's not something they address though, no.

Combination of both? Callie's the protege of Ellis Grey here (which apparently has far reaching effects) but also, the timeframe here is a bit earlier than in canon.

Hehe, it boggles the mind a bit, doesn't it? :D I know :/ that ending kind of snuck up on me a little bit too... :(
