A fellow returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Ukraine pointed this out and I'm not sure if it's more funny or sad. Apparently, Frommers (who bill themselves as "Travel Experts for 50 Years") somehow missed the breakup of the Soviet Union. Neither Ukraine, nor any of the other former Soviet Republics, exist according to them. Just check out their
