the fingers flex and go to work,
and mark it with their little smirk,
they write and type and etch it down,
the things that invoke smiles and frowns,
they try and move to touch your heart,
and maybe all this is a start,
they will try and try to get to you,
cause, well hey, that's what they do...

so, what to say, i figure that i should make an actual update instead of just posting my poetic ramblings like i have been doing as of late...
i have to finish addressing these thank you cards, that should make for a fun hour or two...blegh...
i don't know, that's pretty much it right now...

in the mirror,
things are clearer,
unless the fog is there,
all the things,
emotion brings,
will come and then depart,
what i see,
just isn't me,
and it sure isn't fair,
but what i lack,
is any slack,
to end what's from the heart...

looking through the glass i see,
that all these things aren't meant for me,
it's all about somebody else,
i don't even want them on my shelf,
so from this room i take away,
the knowledge i gathered today,
and now i truely truely see,
just who i am suppose to be...
