So, the good news is that my computer has returned, working well. They fixed my display, which was a little splotchy in places (and had been for while). They heroically repaired the imbedded memory chip problem (which is common with powerbooks of my make, apparently) and they also fixed a tiny booting up problem in which powering up the computer ( Read more... )

So, I've escaped from arlington for the summer. Next step? Two papers and an application. Step after that? Unknown. San Fran: Possibility. NYC? Slighter possibility. I am feeling slightly adrift, strange being back in central pa. I want to make it back to vermont for the faire. I really need to get these papers done.
