Noise pollution, textbooks, classes, and holidays

Did anyone else hear the sounds of a motor around the dorms last night? It was quite loud, and someone's squealing made for a disturbing 45 minutes of sound. Honestly, are there no noise rules at this school?! This, of course, following an entire weekend of obnoxious behaviour. From what I can tell, people aren't enjoying their time enough

You're extremely talented, Ms. Nei! I would go so far as to suggest you rehearse in the living room so that I could experience the whole sound. If anything, it'd cover up the yelling downstairs much better.
