LJ did make world a better place in its heyday -

I missed much of that as I only got on here in 2009 or so. I've met some nice folks online and enjoy reading and 'talking' with them. I have learned things here and have been exposed to ideas I would not have known otherwise. Your entries are varied and informative, and many are humorous, subtly or outright.

I have one 'solid' friend here still with whom I exchange gifts (someday I'll post pics of the magnificent wooden, carved,  full-sized 'carousel' rabbit head I was sent).
