Maybe getting a heavy ceramic dog bowl and filling it only very shallow with water until she gives up.

I tried just filling up her regular bowl with very shallow water and that seems to have helped oddly enough. Maybe she will conserve what little water I give her. Going to try it today again and then go back to more water this week.

I'll definitely keep that in mind. My worry is she will find some way to topple it anyway. She's sneaky like that!
