since i don't do drugs or alcohol, i use music, movies, books, landscapes, and most importantly, spirituality to dictate my dispositions, mind sets, whatever.

i never had trouble getting to sleep at night; what the heck happened? i really am getting older now.

the connections and connotations I come up with are very delicate and subtle... it's difficult to remember that people are DENSE, and must have everything spelled out for them. heaven forbid we sit and figure a few things out for ourselves, oh no!
