From the past few entries, I've been giving off the impression that life is miserable. That is not the case. In fact, I am actually at a very good point right now. I'm happy with the decisions that I made, and almost everything recently have turned out in my favor ( Read more... )

Yeah, college was about the right length for me, too. When I was done I felt *done*.

This is kind of how I feel about leaving my high school. I assumed, though, it was because I've only been going to school in Canada for two years. There are some people I wish I could have gotten to know better, but I can't imagine missing them... And a couple of people I really care about are moving east with me, anyway.

Have you felt very nostalgic about leaving things behind in the past, or only after you left them (if that makes sense)?

I think I feel nostalgic about both leaving things behind and after having left them. Usually, when I'm nostalgic about leaving something, I tend to be nostalgic afterward as well. When I'm not nostalgic while leaving, I'm usually not nostalgic about it later.

Where are you going to college?

Hm, I think that's a good thing. I don't get warning of how nostalgic I'm going to become.
