I'd say, get a few of those things done, and you're doing pretty effing well. Laundry, photos, and dentist appointment. I dunno - for me, if I see a big long list, I think, "I can't get all this done," and sorta just not do anything. But if you set a reasonable goal of just doing one or a few things, it seems less overwhelming.
My shrink used to tell me to do one task per day. I need to get back in that habit. Then suddenly, shit's getting taken care of, and your list actually gets shorter. Amazing! lol.
Make Jessi give Jack a bath... or pick up your photos.
And if you're on your way somewhere, you're not in a big hurry (or whatever is going on can wait), and you pass a Jiffy Lube, just stop and get an oil change.
