I got the day off from work today, so yay for me. Too bad I'm sick. I would've gone in, but I volunteered to take the day off after finding out that there wasn't a whole lot to be done. I haven't been sleeping very well lately. Normally I wake up around 1 or 2 a.m. and continue to wake up every hour after that. Now I can't fall asleep at all. I'm sure some of it is due to some things that are bothering me, but a lot of it is just part of the normal poor sleep cycle that I go through every few months. I'm also sick. Everything at work went pretty smooth today. I did manage to catch a pressure washer on fire though. Everybody I worked with swore up and down that the thing worked perfectly fine, but there I was working away when all of a sudden *poof* the thing goes up in flames. Last night around 1 a.m. I decided that I was gonna go for a little walk because I couldn't fall asleep. During my walk I noticed a police car passing by me a few times.
