I heard a story this morning about funding levels for a local county to contribute to the use of the major hospital EMS personnel/vehicles may go down and that the largest impact would be upon those that do not have insurance

Yes it is indeed quite sad that the innocent always have to suffer because there are too many idiots out there that won't stand up and change their lives and better themselves.
