Man, if the cat wants to be out, I guess let her out. There isn't too much you can do, and obviously inside the house is too stressful, if she's started "going" everywhere. I would recommend a live trap and a trip to get spayed though, before feeding that one turns into feeding 6-7-8-ect. Stop it before it starts, take it from me and our like 8+ indoor/outdoor cats that started with one female that my aunt refused to take responsibility for. Now there's me fretting and bitching at everyone about the four full grown females that need to be spayed that we can't afford to spay. Otherwise just set her up a little shelter, up high, a large cat carrier is actually pretty good for this (or at least ours like it when there is a tarp half over it) make sure rain can't leak in, and fill it with hay. Shelter there if she needs it.
She is already fixed, I think that's the only reason she is sticking around. We had her spayed as soon as she was old enough becasue we'd already taken in two male cats, who at the time were intact. Believe me, I know what un responsible pet ownership can lead to
