I'm feeling incredibly lazy considering the fact that I haven't started reading my 2 dumb books for summer reading. I think the whole concept of summer reading is ridiculous...I can't seem to grasp the concept. I FINALLY cleaned my room, and emptied my long dresser out. I can FINALLY get rid of the big ol'ugly long dresser that occupies an enormous amount of space in my room. Next step is to re-paint my walls. I painted them last september, shortly after we moved to this house, but now I want to paint them another color. I'm thinking a sage color. ( Read more... )

Yay! Writer's block...peace! Hehehe..I finally wrote something that has depth and meaning. It was very therapeutic, indeed! I'm so proud of my poem lol. Every line came straight from my heart, and I meant every word. I'm so thrilled haha. all I need now is a title...hooray!

Not much happening lately. I called my granny yesterday. unfortunately she has "other things on her mind," and does not want to take a trip to California. So i called my aunt last night, and relayed the news to her. She is going to check her frequent flyer miles to see if she can hook me up with a trip out there. Yesterday I went to my aunt's in New Roads for a few hours. Two of my uncles brought me out into the muddy fields to play golf lol. I actually hit the ball pretty far this time!
