I was thinking on the way home from work today that I should probably write this for Windows first, and make a version for the cell phone only afterwards. The practical result is that, unless I get distracted by shiny objects between now and then, I'll have a preliminary version of this that you can play in about six months.
I'm very impressed at how thoroughly you've thought this out! I can't find anything that doesn't make sense or might not work. I want to play it too! :)
Bah; it's all extremely rough, imprecise high-level design stuff so far. Wait for another week or two and watch how detailed it has to get before implementation can begin; I guarantee your eyes will completely glaze over before we get even halfway to the bottom. :)
