What is ONE THING you like about yourself?
One thing I like about myself is that I am a very passionate person, and it shows. I take pride in what I do, and I strive for my goals.
ONE THING you dislike?
I hate my body, and I hate that I "don't have time" to work out, or so I tell myself.
What are some interesting and/or unique things about you?
1. I live 5 minutes from the beach, and I live 1 1/2 hours from Montauk Point, and 1 1/2 hours from NYC, I think its the perfect location.
2. I can't go to sleep unless I have some kind of noise, or fan.
3. I have had the same best friend since grade 1/
4. I work in a music store selling instruments and supplies!
5. I have a "jam band" called life on the trolley click here!
6. I've played the cello since 4th grade!
7. I am playing the shaun white snowboarding game for wii now for about 3 hours straight.
8. I have four tattoos, 1 one my foot, 2 on my ankles and 1 on my wrist
9. I have an obsession with the number 9.
10. I am an elementary education major with a concentration in music.
11. I love grilled cheese, but basically any kind of food involving cheese.
12. I have been dancing since I was 3, competitively, and for fun.
13. I am a Zumba instructor! Zumba is a dance based fitness with international rhythm, so its basically latin aerobics with some hip hop thrown in there.
14. I am obsessed with super mario. I even helped coordinate a super mario themed hip hop show for my dance school, which was amazing.
15. I'm obsessed with broadway also, i've seen over 50 plays and musicals in nyc. my favorites are : spring awakening, rent, wicked and the last five years. I also play in pit orchestras around my town.
16. I seem like the average joe, but I definitely, am not.
Who is the most important person in your life and why?
I can't say just one person, but its a tie between my mom, and my best friend Katie. My mom is the world to me, and she is basically my best friend. I can talk to her about anything and she won't get mad at me. My best friend I have known since first grade, and her and I are basically the same person. Our other friends even associate us as Alexa/Katie, and we're pretty much attatched at the hip. I've never gotten into a fight with her. We have disagreements, but we never stay mad at each other for more than five minutes. I can tell her anything, and she will help me out with anything, and vice versa.
If you found out the world was ending tomorrow, what would you do today?
probably fly to Paris and take a picture with the Eiffel tower. Then throw a big party and die happy.

Tell us about something you are passionate about, and why.
I'm very passionate about music. As you can tell, I do a lot in my life that has to do with music. I love writing my own songs, and playing them. I teach lessons, and I want to get my masters in music education so I can teach that, and regular elementary education. I love teaching it to kids, and I love learning new music theory facts daily. I love finding new bands, and new songs to appreciate as well. I can probably also tell you anything about any instrument because i've worked in a music store for 4 years, and all I do is sell supplies and instruments, sheet music, clean instruments and fix instruments. I love it and its a lot of fun.
Tell us about something amazing/miraculous that has happened in your life.
This past summer I took a roadtrip to New Hampshire with my friends from Florida. We hiked up a mountain, and it took us about two hours, but the results were absolutely mind blowing. We got to the top and saw this:
