My mom actually acknowledged the fact that I have clinical depression! Wow! Milestone anyone?!
She does not want me to get off my paxil but I think its something I have to try before I go to PEI.
The bad thing is that once I'm there I can't get back on them again :/
Advice?

its probably not a good idea to start on a medication that you are all of a sudden going to have to drop.. the best plan is to wait till you are there and start seeing a phychatrist.. they'll reccomend something good for you. :)

Oh, No i've been on it for about a year now and I'm just not wanting to be dependant on anything like that once I'm away.
So I donno what to do :/

Talk to your doctor and tell him you are going away in september...he can maybe write you a prescription for 4 months or something, if you want to stay on them. You'll have to get set up at a pharmacy in PEI but people do it all the time when they move.

heres some advice

dont go
