So Mortimer came over to hang out with Bella one afternoon.
This looks like she's trying to gently warn him of possible terrors that lurk within the walls of the Bachelor abode.
His face! I don't know if it's just his facial features or something to do with being a grumpy sim, but his smiles look so unsure and yet also totally genuine? Like, he's so happy to have a friend at all.
I'M NOT SORRY. MORTIMER GOTH IS MY BB AND I LOVE HIM.

And then they tell some dweeby jokes to one another.
Mortimer eating dinner with the Bachelor family! I just love how daintily he ate his meal while Bella sat across the table, basically inhaling her food.
Shovel it in, Bella! Ughhhh, I'm actually really hungry myself, but it's like midnight and a bad time for eating. But then I know for a fact that there's a microwave burrito in the freezer. HMMMMM.
I had forgotten what TS3 Jocasta looked like so seeing her in her pudding face/total mom look really surprised me. I'd gotten to used to simcerly's MILF-y Jocasta.
Then I asked Mortimer to stay the night and he accepted, but there wasn't a bed for him. So I figured he'd sleep on one of the comfy couches in the house. But instead he finds the MOST HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE LOOKING STONE BENCH to sleep on.
He woke up awhile later and a lot of the others were moving by then so when he went to lay down again I thought he might take an empty bed. Instead he just went for another park bench. WTF Morty?
Bella asked if she could hang out with Mortimer one afternoon and I had to indulge her. This is them running to his house from where the bus dropped them off.
Bella wins!
Mortimer seems a bit embarrassed by his dad. It's probably because of that ridiculous top hat.
It's cool though. Bella rolls with it. Gunther looks perturbed.
a/n: I stole my sister's laptop and TS3 game today and spent a few hours playing the lovely Bella Goth (and family). It's fun stuff, but I really wish I could play it on my own computer. I mean... my mac meet the minimum requirements, but I'm so finicky. I want everything to be both beautiful and play smoothly. THESE ARE MY DEMANDS.
I feel like I oughta try to make some sort of ongoing story or something, but it's wayyyy too much work. Especially considering IDK how much modding there is to help pose sims in TS3 and even if there were some bitching mods, I wouldn't download them to my sister's comp anyway. Mostly I've just been trying to catch cute interactions/shots from the natural progression of actions.
If I keep this up I might have to think about making myself a Sims journal or something. Hmmm.
