Love-love that sketch of Helga looking over her shoulder.

My favorite of everything here is the "group shot for Vesper's story" thing. I mean, I have only passing familiarity with composition and stuff, but everything about that piece looks right. And the girl's flowing hair is epic prettiness.

Oh, I'm glad you like the Vesper piece! I was really sort of just fooling around and I am also kind of blah when it comes to compositions, but I like how it turned out even if it's a bit messy.

I love drawing hair! Best part of each drawing!

GOOD. That is an excellent image to be permanently etched into your brain. Oooo I really wanna draw Yuffie/Squall again and make it into a nice piece. My poor, neglected OTP.

I also get excited about doing sketch dumps! I just wish they didn't take so long to put together!

Cute stuff! I really like your marker drawings. And the homestuck ones of course. There's just a lot of great stuff. Your older Helga's are really cute. I like that she smokes, she totally would.

I totally get your "first couple" thing because I have a tendency to REALLY LOVE the first love interest in a series of my particular favorite character. But I also have this chronology thing where I really like ANYONE'S first love interest ever? As in their childhood love interests? It gets really stupid when someone's torn between their childhood love interest and their first love interest on their show. Then I just don't know what to do.

Thank you! I'm really getting into the marker drawings as of late. Particularly because it's something to pass the time at work.

Helga definitely smokes when she gets older. I feel like she has a tendency to quit for awhile and then pick it back up again.

YES! Both of those things! I love 1st loves as well. But I definitely have this thing where the first few characters introduced in a series become really important to my heart? Like... I sort of consider Jeff/Abed/Britta to be a thing because they were the catalyst to Community and in the end their trio of friendship is super duper important?

I'm weird!

Really glad to see you are still drawing! You have a style that is absolutely and totally you (as well as some of the best color-based shading skill I've ever seen), and the way you handle figures and characters is ace.

Oh, I'm always drawing. I just take forever to post stuff online. Thank you for the compliment about my style being "me". I'm so tired of people at work throwing out a blanket term of "anime" on it. I see the anime influences in my stuff (as well as the western animation), but I like to think my stuff is an amalgam of stuff I like to look at. XD

Haha, and here I always feel like I struggle with color! Thanks so much! :D
