I have no insert, so the cast list is my best guess.
*It's one of the first "older" brochures I ever got -- yes, even before eBay -- from someone else, so that's sorta years of research if you wanna call it that. ;-) I did get a separate program with the San Francisco cast, some of whom were the same. So although it's labeled LA, it's sort of the first SF cast.
They were in LA before they came here, and this is what they were selling at the beginning of the run in SF, although I don't think everyone came up from the LA cast. Footnote: The Loma Prieta Earthquake struck a couple weeks before previews. Somehow, they were able to open on time and only cancelled one or two previews at the Curran, even though the Geary Theatre next door was nearly destroyed.
