Fantastic. I loved Dumbledore and his, or rather Snape's view of his, God complex LOL. And such a variety of choices-some good, some bad, all different. Nice job.

Thanks for this. I usually don’t like to read Snape die fics, because in my personal canon he lives. Lol And usually after death fics have Lily coming out of some layer of hell pointing a finger a Snape telling him how horrible he is. I like how you had Albus apologize, and so many great lines. Here are a few of my favorites.

“And yours is playing God and giving vague answers to important questions?”

“Oh yes, I forgot. Those are your favorites, your little minions-in-training, and they, of course, have done nothing wrong and are completely blameless.”

“Severus, I am so sorry. I have used and disappointed you, and I didn’t see what my own prejudices and favoritism were doing to my students and my… my friends.”

“I can only imagine how life would have been different without Marauders or Death Eaters.”

REALLY!?!?!? That's bullshit! I've only written one other Severus Afterlife fic--it was a drabble series--and it was pretty much everyone begging his forgiveness and acknowledging that no matter what else, they owe Harry's life to him...

And yes, I like to imagine him alive as well...but if in the Afterlife the only place he gets a happy ending...then so be it!
