I say strive for a range of 23-28. Meaning that 23 seems like the better solution, but if you MUST have a treat you don't have to feel guilty if it's still under 28 ;)
I'll probably do between 23-26 each day. Eating that much food does a few things for me:
1) I eat way too many foods just because they're going to get my DPA in. (In other words: BAD FOOD CHOICES.) 2) I have to eat past my comfort level, thereby always having horrendous gas and bloating. 3) Being okay with not limiting alcohol intake. It's empty calories and gives you a wine gut. Bloating, asinine organ that serves no purpose but to make you have a big belly, whatever. It doesn't do anything good.
Twenty-eight points is seriously going to be the death of me. I hate eating OVER 2000 calories a day, and no one says that it's good for weight loss.
