That comparison always amuses me. Someone at the meeting last week said they went to a grocery market and carried around turkeys that were as heavy as the weight they lost. They said it grossed them out (which it would gross me out, too), but they were happy it was gone. They couldn't believe their legs and knees carried around all that weight!
