Lo siento to those of you who see this part twice.

WI WoesWell, I've figured something out about my body. I just plain weigh more on Friday and Saturday. It doesn't matter what I eat during the week. I've used FitDay for a few years, on and off -- it's a great site. I like how easy it is to add foods and count the calories, too.

I do this on the WW website anyway, but I like FitDay better. I like seeing graphical representations of my daily food intake. I mean, I get a graph with WW for my weight loss. I don't get a nice bar graph showing calories taken in vs. calories burned, though, and I think that's quite useful.
