I gave blood today. One of the stickers they were giving out said, "I gave the gift of life!" It's nice knowing that I gave a part of me to help somebody

i think i'm 0- too. but my pulse is too high to give blood. not just cuz i'm nervous, but my pulse is high in general.

but praise the Lord! He gives us new life <3 how amazing.
