is there any way to have someone on your friends list but not have all their posts show on friends page?

i dont mean to be an ass, i really dont, but all rachels posts... its just... theres so many. i go to my friends page and have to scroll down forever to find a Ranting Alex or Angsty James post. it is teh suck.
