I actually always liked Ethan haha. I don't know why, and I'm probably the only person ever to admit to it, but I liked his character... until he cheated... but up until then, I reallllly liked him. However, I think his character woulda been way better had he and justin remained friends, mainly cuz Justin never had friends had his own age

Yeah IDK, it wasn't even just because of how much I ship Brian/Justin (although it definitely makes me bias lol) but I've ALWAYS hated him. Something rubbed off on me the wrong way and it just kept going downhill from there. Although having another friend his age would have probably done Justin a lot of good, I agree.

I didn't necessarily LIKE Ethan, but I understood Justin's need to be with him, to be away from Brian to learn how much he didn't want to be away from Brian, pretty much.

Yeah I agree. It was time for Justin to move on from Brian for a bit, because if their relationship had kept going, it would have felt OOC. But Ethan rubbed me the wrong way from the beginning, and my opinion of him just kept going straight downhill as the show progressed.
