hey, love the pic! you should do some free lance photography stuff! .. unless you already do.. then again, sometimes when you get paid for stuff and there's pressure and stuff, you don't enjoy it as much as you used to..
free lance photography sounds interesting, and i imagine myself dodging about the shadows in a flowing black coat... but i think i might have the wrong idea ;) the problem with the idea though is: i'm not actually any good at photography! this shot and any others that have appeared on this journal have merely been lucky shots! how would i become a free lance photoman anyways?
I know!!!! I hate it when people cotton on that you're going to take a photo of them because it ruins the whole mood of the shot! People posing for the camera is no fun, but so often the natural going ons of a person or group of people are so camera worthy in the beauty of the moment. . .
I just came across your livejournal through Directory searching, (having just bought a paid LJ account, the novelty of this has not quite worn off yet...)
- but I digress, your previous entry about perth city is so truthfull and touching that it's left me quite in awe, may I add you to my friends list?
i never thought that going to the beach at night had anything going for it until the event of this shot occured. it turns out the sun is much less annoying in terms of heat, and the sunset is always a beautiful moment to see. cloudy beach days (nights) are the best!
