Days Ten to Fifteen - NO INTERNETS! ARGH!

So, the internets at home broke and I couldn't update... Nevertheless, I managed relatively well. There were some chips and a pizza, but the rest of the food was healthy and I walked a few places (although there was no real exercise).

I had quinoa for the first time on the weekend and I loved it... I just gotta find out where I can get it more ( Read more... )

It is SO good. Allergic to orange? That sucks! I've never heard of that. I'm sure the lemon will work too though. It was so delicious. It makes a lot, which is good for lunches and stuff, but you might get sick of it haha.

Ah okay, I see. I've never heard of that diet. It sounds interesting. That would be so hard for me to get through a whole day, but that's great if it's working for you. :) You must get a huge sense of accomplishment when you go to bed successful on fast days.

Oranges give me migraines that last for a week. It's horrible! It's a fairly unusual allergy.

I can't wait for the weekend to try out that recipe! I'm all excited. I already have feta, hehe.

I thought it would be hard to change my approach to eating 3 meals and a snack every single day too, but so far, so good! I do feel quite pleased with myself on fast days. It's like a mini-achievement that I get every fifth day. :)
