you know that once you stop wallowing in your thoughts and memories, your drama will go away, but you seem to choose to keep it close, why?

That's a very optimistic perspective to say all of my drama will go away. I always thought of it more as just choosing what drama to effect you more. I have no expectations of being drama-free.
