Your leaders career may be over, but there is plenty more to come, so many more opportunities. Im following behind you, retracing your footsteps on the path toward the end, now able to see the last few curves. I've put alot of time into leaders, and i know its not over yet, but its going to be alot different now. The people that broght me into leaders have long since left, and now almost everyone else has too, except of coarse us young ones. Now its our turn to pass it all down. Im not too sure what im getting at but i hope you know that you've made a huge impact on my life, and not recieving an award could ever change that, and i think now you've realized that. Keep in touch, i seriously havent heard from you for months. Your like an hour and a half away, and ive yet to drive out to see you. You havent seen the new car, lol... Well the newest of the new (my white one)
