It looks like I'll be waking up at 6:30 a couple days a week for most of the rest of this semester. Whenever the cast of Defy You, Stars meets in the morning to go to Atlanta/on tour/what have you, the understudies have to meet them in the parking lot for a headcount, just to make sure we're not needed. How the hell did you burn 820 calories in 30 mins? I go all out on the treadmill and only can get close to 400 in 30 mins. please tell me your secret!

get on an elliptical, raise the resistance near max and raise the incline near max. it's like running up hill through mud, but with no impact on your knees.

Even at that, I still dont believe you would work that much in just 30 mins. An hour...maybe...cause you have to keep your reps/minute up as well, which I assume would be difficult at the level of intensity

alright. 3 things.

1. those amateur bodybuilders are just irritated because all that muscle to get them tail but instead they just got a hernia while doing squats one day.
2. you don't turn into a dumbass anywhere. you're dumbass all over. (i kid, you just look like a hairy mountain man)
3. why are you trying to lose weight?
start packing it on.
i'll do the same
we'll get a layer of blubber and do a trans-atlantic swim.
