The rapist bloody well deserves it! But if the victims of many rapes are acquaintances of the victim, or children, do you just walk around with one in all the time? (from the sounds of the conditions in South Africa, possibly so) And how do you explain to a little girl why they should be wearing one of these devices? Also, one would hope that, upon discovering the device, that the assailant would be a bit preoccupied by the sharp barbs hooking onto their penis. Though, I would put nothing past a rapist possessed of both ingenuity and depravity. Fear the ones who desensitize themselves to it like it were just mace or pepper spray... ick...

On a completely unrelated, and much happier note, have you tried making the yummy chocolate cakings yet?

They deserve an automatic member slicer attatchment. What is scary though is that a rapist could recognize the device before acting and then kill the woman for it. The extra defense is nice, but it has to not also pose a risk to the woman.

Mace is still pretty effective.

Sometimes I feel like my vagina should have teeth and just bite the fucker off.

On that other note: No chocolate cake yet, but I'm slowing veganizing, altogether.

I think you and Aileen should come to Olympia someday.

I agree...

With the slicer attachment, the teeth, and the Olympia visit...
Are you having any difficulty veganizing? Someone once accurately described dairy as the Heroin Food Group... Tofutti and Soy Dream save the day on many occasions for me.

I'm doing fine switching to better alternatives... Locally slaughtered chicken and ethically farmed fish are still in my meat. Organic, local and raw milk stuffs are still in my dairy and I can keep it simple (like no ice cream) because I cut out sugar. I get eggs from my own day range ducks and from the organic farm at Evergreen. I'm probably not going to give those up because the duck eggs will go to waste otherwise (the ducks are no good at sitting, yet).

At least I know where things are coming from, raised with respect and care and without crazy growth hormones.
