Oy, am I tired! One thing of advice, don't stay up really, really, really late if you have to get up really, really, really early! Just don't do it, it's so not cool. Now I should have learned this already because I tend to do it a lot, but I'm really see how it isn't a good idea. I got exactly 2 hours of sleep....so not enough! Just as I feel

You know, it might be better NOT to take a day-nap. As amazingly lovely as they are, you'll never get on a steady sleep schedule that way. You'll take a nap, and then not be able to fall asleep at night, therefore stay up late again, have to wake up early again (or not and sleep super-late which will also make it hard to fall asleep that night) and the whole cycle starts over again! Trust me, I know it far too well!
