I'll tell you what, I've been a stress eater for some time. It's not any better than NOT eating when stressed out. When I was in college (esp. right around sophomore year, hmm go figure) my eating habits were atrocious.
I've been watching this great show on the BBC channel called "You Are What You Eat" and it's got me really seriously thinking about how I eat, and what it's going to do to me on the long term. That and the smoking thing...
It's been almost a month and I really don't miss cigs all that much. When I come home from a bar or whatever, I can't stand the smell of the smoke on my clothes. I think that's a good thing. Thankfully after January 1, 2008 all bars in Maryland will be smoke free. I never thought I'd be glad about that. And today I just got a coupon in the mail from Camel cigs. Too little too late Camel! LOL
