Being a Junior, I feel as if i'm lucky because at the moment I am not eagerly waiting letters of acceptance or what have you from numerous universities. You know what you like. That's all that matters at this point. Since you're so uncertain, you should look in liberal arts colleges where you can basically just pick and choose courses your freshman and sophomore years and see what you like the most.
Plus, you'll have PLENTY of advisers in college with all of this stuff.
Also, you're a junior. Relax. You have senior friends that are just making you freak out.
