Chasing down loads should not lead to being chased from a potential witness's house by bees. It's a good thing I'm not allergic or I might be giving jumperfucker a visit. Still, I took an antihistamine at someone's suggestion, just in case, and sat down to do some work.

Six hours later I woke up at my desk, neck horribly cricked and more than a little woozy. ( Read more... )

Try something with Ketoprofenum - Oruvail Gel, for example. And next time you get a bee sting, use simple vinegar solution.

Unfortunately, I on't have time to at the moment. I'm not in any danger, though - it didn't swell up or anything.

...some sort of heat pack for your neck might help. Alternately, fill a bag (not plastic) with uncooked rice and microwave it for two minutes to make your own heat pack. Sometimes you've gotta do what you've gotta do.

I really hope your lead-chasing is less exciting in the future. O.o

Uncooked rice? That's not one I'd heard of before. Thanks for the idea.

Well, one of the heat packs I have is full of rice. Also lavender, I think.

And then when you're done with it, you can cook it and eat it! Hope your neck feels better.
