oh yes. Each and every moment of the day. I think everyone does, some people just use it as an excuse to be depressed, and others for some reason let it spur them on to try to make themselves good enough.
every other day i think i feel that way. But somehow i bounce back up to being happy and marvelous. Try getting more Vitamin B12 in your diet. It helped me so much.
