How curious. Such a large city, yet the population isn't as large as it should be. Is the population expected to grow large enough to match? It would be a pity to see such space go to waste.

Have there been any sightings of shadow-like creatures with yellow eyes? I must know if they have reached this world yet.

I'm not too sure how to answer your first question, but as for the second, no, I haven't seen any of those creatures around. Should we be keeping an eye out for them?

Yes, their eyes are a solid, bright yellow. No irises or pupils.

These creatures are known as Heartless. As their name implies, they are beings that have lost their hearts, and they now search endlessly for more to sate their appetites, creating more in the process.

They come in various shapes and sizes, and have power levels to match. They have overtaken many worlds, and spread further like a plague.
