Have any of you seen the new snickers commercial with the hunters? Well it starts off with a group of about 10 hunters creeping up on an unsuspecting deer... Eerie music starts playing and suddenly the music quickens and everyone starts to throw bars of snickers at the deer, a few hit and the deer runs away leaving the hunters in a state of despair

I think you should elaborate. But yes, i've also seen that commercial and have no idea of what it means. It's probably the stupidest marketing technique that i've ever seen. Maybe they're confusing us so that we think about snickers enough to want to eat one. I know I could go for a snickers bar right about now.

I think the idea is that the commercial is so unique (stupid, too) that we'll see a snickers and think either:
a. OOH! BUY!
b. I have to go deer hunting...

If b was their intent, then they've obviously teamed up with Charlton Heston to promote the hunting industry and guns.

Oh, and you forgot that at the end, a random hippie picks up one and eats.
That's obviously a symbol for racism in America.
