Turkey sounds amazing. You should definitely look into it. Actually that girl who asked you if you were Indian (if it really is the girl I think it was) studied abroad there and loved it. But the thing with Turkey is that it really is not the Middle East and its culture is nothing like the Mid-East. It's pretty Western actually. Well, except for the really poor parts. But yeah anyway, she really liked it and if you want her e-mail to ask her some questions or anything, I don't think she'd mind talking about it even more.

Definitely absolutely study abroad. Not doing so is the only regret I have about college. (Well, the only academic regret, anyway.) Turkey sounds like it would be amazing.
