*g* glad you liked. I was thinking of writing the next chapter tonight as well, but its already past midnight, and I have tonnes of stuff I need done by morning...so yah...12 will have to wait for daylight I'm afraid. lol
Ha! Patience is a virtue! I'm in! *feral grin* LJ can not defeat ME! Now then... where to freakin' start. O.O;;; Not only is this NOT going to make us stop poking, I'm pretty sure it will generate more pokes than before. Where's Duo, young lady! What have you done with him?! Man... you really know how to work the action stuff. Edge of the seat and then some, and you can maintain it. *bows down* I kept finding myself trying to read faster! I love the 'brotherhood' that has grown up between these five so fast. Love how they don't hesitate to back each other up. Wufei is as cool as ice. Heero is freakin' great in 'mission mode'. Got past Trowa's damn calm exterior too. And poor Quatre! *whimper* Now... get back to work! They have to go find Duo! *P O K E* ^___^
*snicker* you don't think it kinda feels like I've just tossed them together in a week and that its totally unbelievable? *snicker* <---had a funny review this morning. lol
It's karma. It's fate. It's what we want to read. ^^; Maybe it's a bit fast, but nobody is going to want to read six months of nothing much happening while these guys 'bond'. It fits the tone of the story. They are all, in their own ways, kind of isolated. Adversity can push people together. Look at the bonds you read about being formed between soldiers in Viet Nam. Guys from all walks of life, who might not have even spared each other a damn 'hello' had they met in normal circumstances, were suddenly each other's best friends. Besides... they say every story is allowed one bit of suspension of disbelief, and while I find it very believable... I suppose that could be yours!
the way the tension just slowly bleeds and builds... rescuing quatre... wonderfully described. had the feeling of being there, the chaos on the rim as you try to focus on what you need to do....
quatre and trowa taking their moment in the middle of the raging water.
finding fei out there amongst the wreckage, totally cool and acting like it was all neatly laid out in his planner. ^_^
heero's slow... slow... painfully painfully slow... realization that duo was in danger
( ... )
Whoa. I've been worried about Duo since he left, but now I'm really worried about him! >.< What did you do to him, woman? *ph33r*
Anyway, yeah...what Hawk said, and Trixie. Like wow...guh...awesome. I love the relationships between them, and even though it's only been a short time, it feels entirely believable. It's very cool, actually. And Heero totally rocks in this chapter; my favorite part is throwing Trowa--w00t! Coolness!! And you are so getting poked! *pokepokepoke*

*Awws on Trowa and Quatre reunion*
Wufei rocks ^^
