I have self esteem issues, so automatically I go read up on my zodiac sign, or spend hours figuring out all the separate aspects of my numerological profile, hoping to find an answer to life's problems somewhere between the lines of the generalized jargon that is

Oh, I wouldn't say that you think too much...too much for peace of mind, perhaps, but it's better than not thinking. Ignorance is NOT true bliss, no matter what they say.

I was going to post quotes from your entry, then comment on them, but in the process I realized that I'd end up repeating your whole post.

Suffice it to say, then, that following your train of thought was incredibly effortless--I felt as if I were reading the convolutions of my own mind. The same thoughts have run through my head before, and I can't say that I'm worse off from their doing so. :)

I'd say more, but as a stranger, I feel my advice would be unsolicited...so I'll just conclude by saying from experience that although things may not get less complicated, eventually you will be able to find rest in them, and perhaps the 'groundedness' that you so long for. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy life!
