Our trip so far

With just over a week on the road, here's a short summary of what we've done so far:

• June 30: Packed and cleaned for much of the day. Finally left New York around 7 p.m. and drove till 5 a.m. the next morning with a single stop at a Waffle House in West Virginia. Slept for 5 hours.
