I am a fan of fruit and vegetbales. And fish. HOwever, I think not everyone should be a vegetarian. It just does not work for all people.

Whar is good, however is to have 1-2 fish dinners a week and 1-2 vegetarian dinners a week. We do eat too much read meat in US.

Fermented dairy such is yougurt or kefir is better than straights milk

Also, do not forget fats. Since US went on low fat diet, more people become obese than ever. We need fat to function . We just do not need junk fat liek margarine. Say hello to butter, olive oil, nuts and fish!
