Hi, this is a little random, but I was looking through communities revolving around SCAD to get a better idea of the college and ask a few questions. I would have commented with this in the community but in your userinfo it asks not to do so.

I am wanting to know more information about the portfolio portion in the application requirement for undergrads.
If I were looking into SCAD for graphic design or digital photography what would my portfolio need to consist of or what do you think would be considered a portfolio with satisfied needs met for the particular area I would be applying for?

I've been to the website and looked this section over several times, but I wanted more inside advice from students who know what they're talking about.

I apologize for commenting outside of the community and if this was a little too vague. Hopefully I gave you the jist of what I am inquiring.

Really I have no idea.
I have been at SCAD for four years and when I applied there was no portfolio requirement.
i would suggest you ask younger students or SCAD staff.
