well i found out what was hurtin my back so bad, one of my lower disc was twisted sideways and hittin my nerve so that made it hurt all the way down my back to my tailbone. its still sore but i went to the chiropractor and i gotta go two or three more times to reset it and help it stay there...im glad thats dealt with. and since the mscles are so
